Validate Email

Dear Support Team,

I installed Colligo Briefcase and tried to register using the email address (efb@transmaldivian.com) but I did not receive the validate email. I think it got blocked by the spam blocker. Is there anyway I can register again using the same email address?

efb@transmaldivian.com has been deleted.


The application is designed to be run with user emails. For multiple users, I advise importing user lists.

Yes, it is the same organization. 

efb@transmaldivian.com is a distribution group/list and maybe that may be the reason I am not receiving the validation mail.

Can you delete efb@transmaldivian.com?

It looks like the efb@transmaldivian.com is under a different organization. Are you two part of the same organization?
