Why am I getting an error message when I drag-and-drop an email?

Issue: When trying to drag-and-drop an attachment from an email or a document from a location outside Outlook, you receive the following error:

This issue is typically caused by Corporate IT policies restricting the use of PST files. The Microsoft-approved solution to the policy is to allow trusted applications to override the policy.

Resolution: To enable the override, add the following string value to the registry to allow users to file attachments and documents to SharePoint locations through Colligo Email Manager for Outlook:

Value Type:
Value Name:  PSTDisableGrowAllowAuthenticodeOverrides
 Value Data:  1
