To hide certain metadata fields so that they cannot be viewed or edited by end users, you can use one of the following options:
- Configure the content type column in SharePoint by setting a column to hidden. This is done in the SharePoint UI.
- Set showineditform to FALSE (requires code or PowerShell); for more information, see here.
NOTE: these changes affect the SharePoint view as well. To make changes to the metadata fields that only affect Colligo products, see the configuration setting here.
