Message: A file or folder with the same name already exists.
Cause: This is typically caused by one SharePoint user uploading a document and then another SharePoint user uploading the same document before the first document is synchronized to the local machine.
Resolution: Rename or delete the conflicting file. There are 3 options for this:
- Rename: Double-click on the issue in the Sync Issues panel. Click Rename Item and enter a new name
- Rename: Navigate to to document library, right-click on the item and select Rename
- Delete: Navigate to document library, right-click on the item and select Delete
