Issue: Email Manager causes Outlook to crash and the Collligo add-in gets "hard disabled"
Resolution: When an add-in is disabled, a randomly generated binary value is created in the Outlook's registry settings here: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\[version]\Outlook\Resiliency\DisabledItems
Delete the specific REG_BINARY string value in the Disabled Items key, or remove the entire Resiliency key to re-enable the program.
Check the Value Data field for the name Colligo to ensure you are deleting the correct key:
