Colligo products require activation for use. The activation process is done through the internet.
Occasionally the activation process fails due to a network configuration issue (proxy server, firewall, etc.). In order to avoid this failure, each time the product launches, you have the option to activate via email. If the activation fails, you can click Activate via Email > Export Activation Request and then save the activation request file. Send the activation request file to support@colligo.com.
The support team will activate the copy and send back an activation file. Place the received file in the following folder:
- Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application Data\ColligoOfflineClient\Activation
- Windows Vista/7/8: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\ColligoOfflineClient\Activation
