SharePoint has a List View Threshold (LVT) of 5,000 items. The purpose of this threshold is to ensure SharePoint servers can run reliably and not get overwhelmed, so performance is not affected. This threshold is not configurable within Colligo products.
Colligo Engage products can handle most LVT errors without issue, but, it is not possible to exceed LVT directly at the root of a document library. Within subfolders of a document library LVT should not affect the behavior of Colligo products. LVT errors may cause issues with folder build outs.
