7.x Briefcase for Windows and Email Manager for Outlook
Users may be experiencing the following problem when trying to authenticate to a site with Colligo Email Manager for Outlook. This error occurs when someone installs Colligo with an MSI installer and it may not have all of the correct version for pre-requisites installed.
There are 2 ways to solve this problem:
1. Install Colligo products with the .exe rather than the .msi so that the proper pre-requisites are installed.
2. Install the pre-requisites that are not currently installed
