To change your logging level in Email Manager for Outlook:
NOTE: the logging level in Email Manager for Outlook also determines the logging level for Briefcase for Windows. For users who do not have Email Manager for Outlook installed, you can click here for configuration setting to change your logging level.
- Click the drop-down arrow in the Colligo Email Manager for Outlook group and choose Configure:
- In the Colligo Email Manager Configuration dialog, select the Settings tab.
- In the Logging section, use the Log level drop-down menu to select your preferred logging level:
- Click Close.
NOTE: you do not need to restart Outlook for this change to take effect.
