Allow Non-standard Office Document Upload

This setting allows you to upload Office documents that are created from non-Microsoft products and may not include all the standard interfaces typically available in .docx or .xlsx files.

Note: 

1. This setting can only be set in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, not in HKEY_CURRENT_USER.e
