This setting enables the ability to specify the content type that displays in the drop-down menu of the Edit Properties dialog.
If this setting is enabled, the content type that displays as the default choice in the drop-down is the same as the last content type that was chosen. If this setting is disabled, the default content type is the first entry in the drop-down list.
