How to restart Finder

There are two ways to restart Finder.

Method 1:

Open Finder
Click the apple menu and hold Shift on your keyboard
Click Force Quit Finder

Method 2:

Hold down the alt-option key
Right-click the Finder icon in your dock
Click Relaunch
