How do I find out what version I am using?

When opening a support ticket, the version number of the Colligo application is required. This article will show you how to identify which version you are using. Please use the links below to review the relevant section of this article.

Briefcase for Android 1. Open the tray using the Menu Icon on the top left corner. 2. The App version is listed on the bottom. If you have multiple sites added or have a smaller screen, you may need to scroll to the bottom.
Briefcase for iOS - iPad 1. Open the Settings menu using the gear in the bottom left corner 2. Scroll to the bottom to find the Version
Briefcase for iOS - iPod 1. Open the Settings menu using the gear in the top right corner. 2. Scroll to the bottom to find the Version.
Briefcase for Mac 1) In the menu bar, click the the Colligo icon. 2) From the drop down select About Colligo Briefcase. 3) The version number is listed on the pop-up.
Email Manager for Outlook 1. In the Home Ribbon, find the Colligo group and click Options. 2. In the drop down, click About. 3. The version number will be listed as shown in the image below.
Engage for Outlook 1) In the Home Ribbon, find the Colligo group and click Options. 2) In the drop down, click About. 3) The Build Number will appear on the splash screen.
Briefcase for Windows 1. Open Briefcase and click on Help in the menu bar. 2. In the drop down click About Colligo Engage. 3. The Build Number will appear on the splash screen.
