Why is my Colligo Email Manager For MS365 icon missing for certain emails using Outlook Online


For certain emails, Colligo have noticed due to the limited space on the screen or because of a longer email address the Colligo Email Manager For MS365 icon is not directly showing up against the email address using Outlook Online (browser) as in the screenshot below. This behaviour is completely handled by Microsoft.


 

If you are also seeing the same behavior at your end, you can find the Colligo Email Manager For MS365 icon by following below steps - 


1. Click on "Apps" icon (4 dots) you would be able to see Colligo Email Manager For MS365 icon as in following screen.




2. Click on More actions (3 dots) -> Apps section, you would be able to see the Colligo Email Manager For MS365 icon as in following screen
