New Colligo Support Portal
We have expanded our support portal to provide better service to you and to enable us to use newer support tools. As a result, you will experience the below changes to your support process:
Login to Submit a ticket
A user account will be required to submit a ticket. This user account can be created by anyone and takes less than 5 minutes. Once you have an account, you will be able to create tickets, monitor the status of your tickets, and create and follow community posts.
The URL for the support portal has changed. All bookmarked pages will need to be updated manually.
We have changed our support platform. As a result, you will lose your existing subscriptions (follows) to articles, community posts, announcements or other categories. Existing content has been migrated to the new platform and is available to be re-followed with your new user account.
