How to delete sites that a user added in outlook

The user added a SharePoint site;

How can I remove it? Cannot find the delete button.

Hi there,

You will need to remove the site from the Colligo Console (www.colligoapp.com). After logging into the Colligo Console:

  1. Scroll down to the bottom where the Sites are listed.
  2. Click on the site listing that you wish to delete.
  3. Click on the Delete site button to remove the site. 

If you wish to remove the site from just the Group of Users, when in Colligo Console:

  1. Select the group that you wish to remove the site from.
  2. Click on either Favorites or Folders depending on where you have the library/folder added to. 
  3. Click on the Unpin button next to the location you wish to remove from the Group.

Additionally, if the site was added through the app, should be able to right-click on it and select Remove Site.
