Licence after update 6.0 to 7.1

Answered

We update our Colligo version 6.0 to 7.1 with a new licences key.

After update all lost there licences, In the Version the licences is correct added in the Software but still they ask for activation when it starts.

Some user ask also for activation per email and they get a file to copy under \\appdata\\ but still it ask for activation by starting the Software.

Who I can active all my user because this is very annoying?

Hello Beat.

As the upgrade from version 6 to version 7 requires a new license key, your users will also have to activate the product in order to continue.

When installing the product, this can be prevented by providing the activation information with the installation package (you can modify the MSI, script, or add the information to the registry). Information on how to do this can be located in the Activation section on our configuration settings page: https://support.colligo.com/support/solutions/articles/16000020143-configuration-settings-outlook-7-x

If after activating with an activation file your users are still seeing a prompt to log in to Colligo, they are likely seeing the prompt to log into the Colligo Console.  If you do not wish to see this prompt, it can be turned off in the registry as follows:
