refresh of colligo

Colligo for windows does not refresh. the menu tree displays some different than the content of the folder

Hi Joerg,

Is this the Outlook application you are referring to? Would it be possible to provide a screenshot and get a log file from the affected machine?

Please send us your Engage Outlook App log file:
Colligo > Configure > Settings > Open Log File Folder > Save All Events As... (Right hand side Actions bar)
