Does Colligo for Outlook 2013/2016 capture content that gets put into Outlook's hidden Recoverable Items\\Purges folder. This is a folder that isn't visible to the user, but in our case, Lync\\Skype IM's will be archived into that folder, and we would like to know if Colligo can capture from the hidden folders.
Thank you,
Frank

For the Engage Add-In for Outlook (version 7)
If you set up Outlook rules that source from the hidden folder and point to a Favorite in the Colligo PST then that should work. One thing to note is this article here... How does Colligo work with Outlook Rules.
The same will not work in the 2016 Email Manager.
