unable to receive mails from colligo
Hi Team, I have installed colligo and tried to register using canberra email account (email@example.com) but I have not received any mails from colligo team.
we have problem receiving the authentication or activation mails from colligo to our domain @canberra.edu.au . Could you look into this issue?
Please check your spam folder for an email asking you to validate your account.
I believe the email is either going to the spam folder as Kimberly mentioned or being blocked by Canberra's spam blocker. From our side, the emails are being sent out.
