unable to receive mails from colligo
Hi Team, I have installed colligo and tried to register using canberra email account (firstname.lastname@example.org) but I have not received any mails from colligo team.
we have problem receiving the authentication or activation mails from colligo to our domain @canberra.edu.au . Could you look into this issue?
I believe the email is either going to the spam folder as Kimberly mentioned or being blocked by Canberra's spam blocker. From our side, the emails are being sent out.
Please check your spam folder for an email asking you to validate your account.
