Colligo for Outlook 2016 can't login (Windows 10)

I have installed Colligo and it is active in my Outlook, however nothing happens when I press login - I have updated and repaired office and Colligo, no luck.

Can you provide the login screen that you are talking about? In addition, you are talking about the SharePoint account login or Colligo account login?
