Our customer „Keller Grundbau“ just told me that they have a problem with their colligo license. The system told them the license is already expired. Software Assurance should be active till 31 July 2017 Could you please check whats the problem? Please contact me if you need any further information.
When the customer adds the license file an error appears that the "license is invalid" (see attached screenshot).
