Colligo Engage is connected to SharePoint 2010 enviroment and when Outlook opens the folder structure is created, this happens everytime Outlook is opened.

When Outlook opens again, the current folder structure is moved to the recycle bin and the new folder structure is build.

Can you confirm if this is for Briefcase or Email Manager? Also what version of Colligo are you using?

Have you used Colligo for a while before this error popped up or is this a new installation? My suggestion would be to try a fresh install to clear out any potentially bad configurations.
