I moved some files and folders between SharePoint libraries using Colligo Briefcase for Mac in the finder and now have error messages that are causing the sync to hang: 

<Server returned an error: Unable to remove folder: Access denied.You do not have permission to perform this action or access this resource.>

<HTTP error: Updating folder failed. HTTP error 400 (Bad Request).>

<Sync conflict: The deleted file is changed on the server.>

Is there a way to force a SharePoint index to mirror what is now on SharePoint?
