When I try to access files directly from Finder, or when I try to had new files, my Mac just freezes.

Is this happening to someone else?Any idea of what might be causing it?

OS 10.12.2; Colligo Briefcase 7.2.4 ; FUSE 3.5.3

Sometimes I can't even open the app that it will immediately freeze my Mac.

Have you reinstalled Briefcase? If not, can you please Uninstall Briefcase via the uninstaller located at ~username\Library\Application Support\Colligo Briefcase Uninstaller. Then Reboot and reinstall.

If there are still errors, please attach your event log located at ~username\Library\Application Support\Colligo Briefcase\Colligo Briefcase\logs\. Please zip the folder there and attach it here.

I have two different sites synchronized, from different Office 365 users. I'm able to add new folders and files into one of them; when I try to create new folders in the other one, I get an error (-43, i guess) and the message that I can't do it; when I try to make ctrl+v to paste a folder, it freezes. When I try to restart the app, it doesn't work anymore and I have to totally clean it from my system and after that reinstall it. Here is what the log file says when it freezes:

Can you tell me which site you are copy pasting to? I see reference to two sites here.

Also, would you be able to tell me the folder and file names of the folder and files that are being copied?

I was copying to the "João Pedro Mendonça Vieira" site, to the folder "Direito".

Well, right now I quit from using two different sites with two different Office365 users.
I'm using one site, "Unidade de Saúde Pública ACES AC", with one Oficce365 account, the same which I used to register.
When I try to open the folder "3. Perfil", it freezes. It makes impossible to use the software and I really can't find what is happening here.

The copy paste location was into the "João Pedro Mendonça Vieira/Direito" and that was crashing Briefcase. Now you are using Briefcase with ONLY "Unidade de Saúde Pública ACES AC" with "João Pedro Mendonça Vieira" removed from the configuration altogether. When you are navigating to "/Unidade Saúde Pública ACES AC/Documentos/Planeamento/Plano Local de Saúde/PERFIL/" it is freezing?

I'm wondering if there's a couple of issues here. Looking at your log it looks like something inside "Direito" may have caused the initial problem.

The other problem that would be harder to track down is if we're running into a localization issue where Colligo is improperly handling a certain set of special/accented characters.

Localizations may certainly be playing an issue here as I cannot find any thing in the logs. We test against a number of localizations but we cannot guarantee we get every special character.
