Files and folders not syncing

Hello Support,

We recently uninstalled and re-installed and synced hoping it would resolve our problem below:


I’m still not seeing any folders or files that have been newly created by anyone else on the team. Our examples were the Mardi Gras folder, and also the TEST folder create when you were here last week.

 I’m also unable to see individual files that the team is adding to current folders. Here is a screenshot of the sharepoint online version, and my colligo view. This instance is the 2016 Q4 Newsletter folder:

 Let me know how you get along with their support team, or anything else we can do so that I can use the cloud correctly.

Are there any sync issues with Briefcase? Has the user tried manually syncing?
