Error outlook after starting sync

After i installed Colligo i worked fine but a day later i have a problem after Colligo start to "retrieving"

Outlook closes after a few minutes

Just to recap how we restarted your sync after upgrading to 8.0.3.


Navigate to %localappdata%\Colligo\Engage

Delete ColligoEngage.pst

Delete data.db

Remove Site from Outlook

Re-add site to Outlook.

Do you mean Outlook is crashing? or Colligo is Unloading?

No its crashing i have to shut down the Add-in because every time outlook crashed. Yesterday (the first day) there was no problem

Did you find a solution?

Can you upload your Colligo Application log please? There isn't much information in your attached log. This is located in the Event Viewer -> Application and Services Logs -> Colligo

Can you tell me what version of Colligo you are using? If you are not running 8.0.3, can you please upgrade to that to see if that helps the situation? Can you also please confirm the SharePoint structure you are connecting to? How many sites, subsites, and libraries reside in the site you are connecting to?

i use 8.02.1698

We use 7 SharePoint site perhaps 10 subsites but a other user have no problem?!

How can upgrade ? i see no option in settings for update
