I just received information that if there are problems with the PST, this will cause an issue. Can you open your Mail preference panel and check the path to the Colligo Data File? There was a problem with a Microsoft update that corrupted the path, but they released a subsequent update that should have fixed that.
If you check your build, Build 7870.2024 is the one with the issue, Build 7870.2031 should fix the path.
Hmm. I guess not.
