Cannot open PhotoShop (.psd) files from Colligo Engage
When clicking on psd files, photoshop will open, but the file will not open. Same problem if PhotoShop is already open, when clicking on the file, nothing happens. Any ideas.
I have talked to my Product team. Unfortunately this is an incompatibility with our application and Photoshop. Unfortunately without massive retooling, we will not be able to work natively with Photoshop CC.
The workaround, is copy the sync'd down file to a local location (i.e. Desktop), do the work on the file, then reupload the file.

I have made our Product team aware of this issue. I will update this thread when I have more information.
Could you please tell me what version of Photoshop you are using as well as which version of Colligo you have installed?
