Colligo V8.5 / Outlook 2016

I have a user whose Outlook crashes when she goes to a site in Colligo. This seems to happen once a week. Looking in her Event Viewer, I see the attached entries. I have also attached log file. The crash happened at 7:45.

Just to add more info:

This isn't specific to one site. After the user shuts down their PC, starts it back up and accesses the site, it works fine.
