What version of Briefcase are you running?
Are you able to attach the logfiles here? You can zip up the folder.

Hi, Kyle. Yes, logs are zipped and attached. I'm running v7.5.0.

I've pinged an engineer for input, but from where I sit, my recommendation would be to remove the site and add it back. Should that fail, then you would need to try reinstalling.

Colligo Briefcase for Mac

Briefcase for Mac had been running fine. I recently updates to Mac Sierra and I'm now seeing problems. Upon starting Briefcase I get very high CPU utilization with no apparent syncing or other activity. Upon looking at the logs I see Briefcase generating the following errors as a very high rate, producing about 5MB of log files every 10 seconds. Best I can tell there is no other error present. Briefcase appears to not be syncing. My Mac remains usable but the fan is running quite loud due to the high CPU. I tried to reinstall the DMG without uninstalling it first and this didn't help. Any thoughts on things to check? Is my next step uninstalling and trying again?
