Login button fails to function
I am using the latest version of Outlook and I am using Colligo Email Manager 220.127.116.116 with Sync Engine version 0.6.0.0.
I have attempted recreating the Colligo Profile multiple times, as well as disabling and re-enabling the add-in. I have made sure that Colligo Engage is able to correctly authenticate with Sharepoint (O365) and is synchronised. Unfortunately the problem has persisted and nothing has changed.
I am not too sure what to do from here on. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Our current version of Email Manager is 18.104.22.1682 which includes changes and updates. It also includes a hotfix for an issue that was introduced by an Outlook security patch. Can you try the latest version and try to login again?
