Hi, We have a client that's recently migrated from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint Online and have an issue where the Colligo for Outlook application does not list the Content types available in the Options when saving an email.  The content types are however configured for the library.

Were the sites reconfigured when the sites were moved or is the user using the same configuration pre and post move?

I would try removing the site, and readding the site back to see if the content shows up again.

Could you tell me which version you have installed?
