Outlook 2016 email notifications not showing

Hi.  We have Colligo Engage 7.2.1.16 installed across our network.  Those with Windows 10 installations with Outlook 2016 installed no longer receive email notifications.  Apparently this issue was fixed in build 7.1.12 (Reference CON-474).  Is there anything we could try to get these notifications working again?

Could you please try the following steps to see if that resolves your issue with thetnotifications? 

In the Registry, under HKEY_CURRENT_USER/SOFTWARE/Colligo/Contributor/EmailManager, Create a new String Value named:EnableGlass. Give the EnableGlass configuration a value of "0".
