Are you able to run a Fiddler trace to see what is throwing the 401 errors?

Have dragged and dropped mails / attachments into folders within Outlook and have separetelyl uploaded files into SharePoint but the add in has stopped syncing. I can click the sync button but nothing gets saved to SharePoint nor any new files brought back. This is when using the PST View. I have permissions and when I change the view to the SharePoint view it works as expected.
