Mark copied emails with label and color

Hallo Ladies and Gentlemen,

at two Installation we have the Problem that we cannot activate and  the "Mark copied emails with label and Color"  entry. It is greyed out.

My records show that you have a valid subscription with us, and as such, are entitled to create Support Tickets. This is the community forums, which are open to everyone.


But back to your reported issue, which version of Email Manager do you have installed? can you please provide a screenshot of the option you are seeing greyed out?
